儿童玩具检测EN71标准更新
2009/48/EC新玩具指令的法规已经更新很久了，一些客户可能对法规更新内容还不一定清楚。GST量浩第三方检测机构的专家给我们带来了儿童玩具检测的标准更新：
儿童玩具检测标准更新如下：
1）Definition toy and exclusions: the standard is harmonized with the requirements of the directive
玩具定义范围：与指令要求保持一致
2）Expanding materials: test method has been modified
膨胀材料：对测试方法进行了修订
3）Splinters: requirement has been moved from the “under 3 years of age” section to the “all ages” section
碎片尖点：将范围要求从“3岁以下”阶段调整至“所有年龄”阶段
4）Toys intended to be put in the mouth: scope is broader, any part of the toy is subject to the requirements, not only the mouthpiece
放入口中的玩具：扩大了范围，除吸嘴外，玩具其它任何可以放入口中的部分也需要符合要求
5）Ride-on toys: additional warning requirements, like a warning for no brakes on so-called Kindergarten ride on toys; new requirements for speed limits for electric ride-on toys
骑乘玩具：添加了警示要求，如幼儿园骑乘玩具未设刹车的警告；对电动骑乘玩具提出了新限速要求
6）Suction cups on projectiles: tension test force increased to 90N
弹射玩具吸盘：拉力测试增加至90N
7）Aquatic toys: broader scope including inflatable toys
水上玩具：扩大了范围，包括充气玩具
8）Toys attached to food: new requirements for toys attached to food
食品附带玩具：对食品附带玩具提出了新要求（第三方检测机构提示，此类产品为高风险管控产品，对检测申请需谨慎。）
9）Soft filled toys; new requirements for soft filled toys containing only filling material
软体填充玩具：对仅含填充材料的软体填充玩具提出了新要求
10）Cords: change of definitions; changes for cord length requirements, new requirements for yo-yo balls; test methods modified
拉绳：修订了定义；更改了拉绳长度要求；对Yo-Yo球拉绳提出新要求；对儿童玩具检测方法进行了修订
11）Toy packaging: including requirements for small balls (including ovoid or ellipsoidal objects) and hemispheric shaped objects
玩具包装：添加对小球（包括卵形或椭圆形物体）与半球状的要求
12）Labeling: only the directive warnings requirements have been included. Other directive labeling requirements like CE-marking, name and address and traceability are not included in the standard. These requirements are not directly related to safety and only reference has been made to them in a note.
贴标：仅纳入指令警示要求，未列入其它指令贴标要求，如CE标志、名称、地址与追溯性。由于这些要求未直接牵涉安全性，因此仅在附注中提出以作参考
13）Warnings: changes have been made due to new wording in the directive
警示：根据新指令用语进行了修订
